Close to the operation. Accountable for the work.

A note from the
Managing Principal.
Spend enough time inside large organizations solving critical problems, and you start recognizing patterns that others miss. Red flags show up early. Dependencies that look invisible become obvious. And the difference between a plan that will hold and one that only looks right on paper becomes visible before the work begins. Do this long enough and you become a well-seasoned baloney spotter, catching the canaries in the coal mine long before others do.
That is what 10+ years inside global pharmaceutical and medical device operations looks like in practice. My experience ranges from building program offices from scratch to running supply chain operations supporting a 50,000-person division and serving over 150,000 customers. Roles in technology, business development, and commercial functions round out that experience, along with two degrees in computer science and current expertise in AI. All of it required getting to the real problem fast and staying accountable until it was solved.
Through Aniedo, I bring that same standard to every engagement: senior-level work, delivered directly and in collaboration with your teams. When the work calls for it, I draw on a vetted network of operational and technical experts, such as specialists in manufacturing automation, sterility assurance, or combination product compliance, and we stay until the problem is resolved.

Operating Through Trade Volatility
Large organizations are cruise ships. Small firms are speedboats. One trades speed for stability. The other trades stability for speed. Lessons from working with businesses through recent tariff disruption.
The San Francisco Consensus Isn't Always Right
Just like the dot-com era, Silicon Valley is often right about some things and woefully wrong about others. We owe it to ourselves to view the AI consensus with the deja vu of one who has been here before.
